The workshop will be held in central london locations & cover the topics listed, this is a fabulous opporunity to dip your toes into the water to get a taster of what having your own coach & personal stylist can do for you.
The day is interactive and will require group disucssions, there will be many tasks for you to explore your thoughts and a safe environement to ask tailored questions.
The aim of this session is for you to undertake an introductory course to the benefits of assessing your life and finding out your purpose, and driving force.
You will recieve a free report on recommendations on "how to achieve a happy life" once we assessed you after the life satisfaction questionnaire is completed at the end of the workshop
The workshops can be on an individual basis for a minimum of 1 (please mention this if you would like the private booking) and upto a maximum of 7 people in the class
Dates are always on either Saturday or Sunday 11:00 hrs- 15:00 hrs £99 including lunch
