The wheel of life is a simple drawing exercise to draw out of you thoughts that are there, which are difficult to express or quantify its importance
When you want change it's sometimes difficult to assess where do I start, for some people the answer comes easily and for others they just draw a blank
By using this technique we can write down a list of things that are important and then consider each area in turn, from the wheel its then possible to get the picture on areas that need more attention
A wheel is round where there is no end and no beginning, we will map your life in a wheel so that the gaps are suddenly obvious to spot, from the results we can begin to plan and design the life that you want.
