Being a qualified life coach Jo is eligible for membership with the Complimentary Medical Association. All CMA members may submit their details to the NHS listing of holistic practitioners. She also has a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Jo's mantra is inner confidence and outer beauty. Having trained in Principles of Fashion Styling at Central St Martins. The combination of fashion and style advice at KS is based on shopping for your body shape and to apply principles of colour analysis, her USP is coaching and styling, a complete toolbox for modern living solutions and continuous improvements. In addition to being a style savvy Life Coach her business acumen is supported by a Degree in Law & International Relations and a Postgraduate Diploma in PR.
