A life coach is different to therapy because your coach will not concentrate on the past, but their role is to provide you with encouragement and advice based on your current situation in reaching your goals

Can my friends coach me for free?

Your friends will always be the cornerstone of your support system, but ask yourself can they be truly honest in case they hurt your feelings, or do you have things that you find difficult to share even with your dearest, alas can they allocate 100% of their energies on helping you

Why can't the fees be cheaper?

The fees charged is reflected in the quality of the advice and support you will receive. I am a fully qualified life coach with membership of the Complimentary Medical Association

Isn't it better just to read a self help book?

Most of us already know what we would like to achieve however reading a book doesn't give us the motivation or personal tailor made solutions that a coaching service can

Isn't personal stylist just for celebrities?

No, we all want to look our best, my service is for normal people who take pride in their appearance
