Coaching Tips

Think Big!

When you first begin to start your goal setting you will probably start with small achievable goals, this is the way to start to give you the confidence & self belief

However you must maintain momentum and challenge the brief, think of your biggest dream that will bring you the most happiness, keep in mind these happy thoughts how you will feel when you reach your goals, it’s time to stretch for the stars. How do you do it? Well split the task into small chunks, its only a matter of starting your planning

You might not have the skills but you can gain them, we all started equal no one don’t make yourself disadvantaged by limiting beliefs, break the barrier and ask for help there are lots of free resources readily available or for professional advice give us a call.

Fear

Fear of failure is a common reason why people are not prepared to try and make their dreams come true. When you feel your blood pressure rise and the knot in your stomach the body sends out signals to tell us to avoid negative situations. If I tell you that sometimes fear is a positive, a key to opportunities when failure is simply the mechanics of success. Thomas Edison invented the light bulb by learning from his failed attempts and eliminating what doesn’t work

Some people can even fear success, the dread of not wanting it when we tried so hard to get there, the disappointment and emptiness even when we have achieved the goals we set. Maybe its better to not obtain these dreams at all.

You must have desire and enthusiasm to attain your goals. This is a journey not a destination. Happiness will always evade you if your only aim is the destination because the goal post will always be moved

Follow what’s in your heart and mental and material success will follow
