Large Breast
When you have big breast never wear high round necks, make sure that your underwear isn’t darker than the clothes that you’re wearing. Cable knit sweaters will add bulk so avoid these and opt for finer fabrics. Avoid ribbed polo necks they make your breast look like they merge into your neck.
Flat Chested
•Avoid Corsets are for those with brest to fill them.
•Flat chests need high necklines.
•Chicken fillets for breast enhancement must always be secured with a bra will give you more shape
•Backs are sexy alternatives, so show them off
•If you're wearing a V-neck jumper, always wear a round-necked t-shirt underneath.
•You might think a scoop neckline gives the appearance of breast but all it does is show off an empty space
Big calves
•Avoid kitten heels they are unkind to thick ankles.
•Never encircle the ankle this cuts you in half
•Long skirts can hide thick ankles
•Boots are the saviour for thick calves.
•Never wear capri pants.
•Never wear three-quarter-length dresses or skirts.
•Short legs
•Cropped trousers will only accentuate your lack of leg.
•Never wear tight trousers - they will only draw attention to where your bum ends and your legs begin.
•Always wear your hem to the ground when wearing trousers with high heels.
•Never wear a skirt that has a second dropped waistband - your already short legs will halve again in size.
•Dresses over trousers cover up where the legs begin.
•Keep the colour flowing - same on shoe, sock and trouser.
•If you can't walk in your high heels, they wont give you confidence.
No Waist
•Never wear baggy sacks.
•Deep V necks clinch in the waist.
•Thick belts around the hips make the waist appear smaller.
•All things double-breasted must be chucked out.
•Tailored coats left undone create the appearance of a waist.
Muffin Top
•Never wear skirts or dresses cut on the bias - unless you want everyone to focus on your biggest defect.
•Never wear jackets to the hip as you will only accentuate your thunder thighs.
•Remember to balance out your shape by wearing A-line skirts and bootleg or flared trousers.
•Coats are better than jackets
Big Tummy
•Never wear hipsters.
•No skintight shiny fabrics.
•Make sure clothes skim rather than cling.
•Empire line dresses and tops hide the rolls.
•Don't wear your belts too tight.
•Make sure tops hang from tummy rather than go underneath it.
•No cropped tops
